Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Senior Account Manager for our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, fluent in the sneaker market, and committed to providing top-tier customer service for key sellers on the platform. The ideal candidate will be confident in their relationship building skills, a strong communicator, and comfortable in understanding and reporting on data. They should also excel at working across a variety of departments, including Operations, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Logistics.  In this role, you will: Manage and grow key accounts on the platform, while driving new business by converting rising sellers into managed accounts / power sellers. Take a proactive, data driven approach to tracking and assessing account KPI's to identify additional growth opportunities and develop action plans. Present KPI performance decks and insights to strategic accounts on a monthly basis, identifying key opportunities. Streamline new account onboarding process for new accounts; initiate and supervise the operational setup, ensuring seamless integration. Support execution of seller /account initiatives and team projects. Provide dedicated customer support for accounts, promptly resolving any issues Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on brand product is listed for sale and in a timely manner. Act as a trusted partner for accounts. Maintain and optimize relationships through business management, outreach, strategic planning and championing business changes. Proactively identify and share account trends, seller feedback or competitor activity with internal teams to support strategy development and/or process improvement. We are looking for: 5+ years of experience in an account management function, with strong sneaker knowledge Strong sales and analytical ability Confidence in manipulating and reporting on data Experience building a book of business Confidentiality and discretion is a MUST High level interpersonal, communication, and written skills Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and willingness (and ability) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility  Language proficiency: Native level in Japanese, Business or higher level in English GOAT Group represents the leading platforms for authentic sneakers, apparel and accessories.
