As CLEAR continues to grow, we’re seeking an experienced People Partner to drive our talent and performance strategy for our Corporate functions. This is a highly visible role collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented people leader with a proven track record building trusted relationships with senior executives, implementing employee engagement and talent & performance initiatives, and managing complex projects and organizational design for Corporate teams.
What you'll do:
Serve as the People Partner and trusted advisor to departments within our Corporate Functions, inclusive of support to our Chief Security Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, and our Head of Public Affairs
Partner across all levels of the organization to design and implement strategies that retain, develop, and motivate team members to achieve their fullest potential
Leverage data and business insights to proactively identify opportunities to promote org health and productivity
Responsible for the execution of our Talent & Performance strategy for designated client groups, inclusive of leading Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Goal Setting & Feedback cycles, and executing our pay-for-performance strategy
Partner within the people team to design process improvements and develop resources to support creating a feedback culture, enhancing manager capability, and conducting strategic organizational design initiatives for the client groups you support
Continually focus on organizational design by partnering with leaders to identify retention & development strategies for key talent, and working with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans that support an operating model that can achieve their goals
Drive change management through the effective use of talent tools, data and resources
Collaborate closely with Total Rewards, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to support the needs of the organization
Successfully own and drive People & Performance team goals to meet overarching company goals
How you'll measure success:
Build excellent working relationships across the business and the People & Performance COEs, demonstrating influence and building trust
Strong collaboration across all levels within the organization to successfully drive People & Performance team goals that impact key business goals
Act as a consultant and coach for leaders, challenging the status quo, using data to influence decisions that drive a high-performing and engaged culture
Be proactive and keep a pulse on employee sentiment - leverage insights to develop scalable solutions that help to increase productivity and retention throughout the organization
Leverage data and reporting to design strategic solutions, measure success, and partner with your leaders and teams to showcase an integrated and impactful people strategy
What you're great at:
Experience as an HRBP supporting corporate functions in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience building trusted relationships, effectively coaching and advising teams
Strengths in:
Leveraging data insights and analytics to proactively inform the effectiveness of our people strategy, and gather insights to drive solutions
Working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
Problem solving, critical thinking, and self-initiative
Communicating and influencing at different levels of the organization to achieve results
Effective and persuasive written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation
Coaching teams to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
Working as a team member building and maintaining a positive work environment across the network

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
