Opportunity Overview The Product Marketing Manager will execute product marketing strategies for Cohere’s growing clinical intelligence portfolio.  Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and joining a scaling function at a pivotal time, you will leverage your exceptional project management skills to collaborate across our organization, including growth, product, commercial strategy, and marketing teams. Your primary responsibilities will be to: Develop compelling, differentiated value propositions for new solutions and bring them to market Create high-impact product content that drives awareness, establishes thought leadership, and generates qualified leads Lead comprehensive sales enablement initiatives for your assigned product portfolio The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional collaboration and can translate complex product capabilities into clear and compelling marketing messaging that resonates with target audiences. What you will do: Be a collaboration-focused link between growth, product, commercial strategy, and marketing teams (and more) as we develop strategies for success. Own go-to-market (GTM) for specific products and launches, including developing and executing comprehensive product and commercial launch strategies, defining target audiences, positioning and messaging, and managing distribution channels. Work closely with the product management and commercial strategy teams to understand market signals, product roadmap and release schedule, overarching product strategies, content for product releases, and success goals. Project manage the successful development and execution of GTM and product-driven content, including thought leadership materials like white papers, product launch blogs, and conference presentations. Own sales enablement efforts for your product portfolio by ideating and creating assets and materials such as product-specific collateral/one-pagers, technical walkthroughs, sales playbooks, pitch decks, product/feature demo videos, marketing materials, and website/landing page messaging.  Drive content development projects to timely, high-quality conclusions, working collaboratively and transparently with internal and external partners. Craft and continuously refine our positioning and messaging based on market research through cross-company collaboration. Drive the planning and execution of various go-to-market motions. Roll up your sleeves and contribute to writing when required, including but not limited to ad copy, emails, video scripts, and other media. Support and train our growth team on the strategies we use to address the challenges faced by our buyers and users. Develop sales tools and act as the primary point of contact on the marketing team for the sales team’s needs related to your product portfolio. Present internally regularly to drive alignment and build excitement around GTM motions.  Be able to flex into working both autonomously on areas you are accountable for and as part of a team that regularly collaborates.  Be the expert on our target markets, buyer personas, and GTM strategy. Be the expert on our competition, their applicable products, and how they are positioned. Be accountable to team, department, and company OKRs. Your background & requirements 3+ years of B2B product marketing and/or marketing experience in a healthcare technology/product environment, with healthcare insurance a plus. Experience in a start-up or similar, agile organization. Experience and demonstrated excellence in project management, particularly for product launches, including a proactive approach, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a tenacious approach to managing timely, quality deliverables. Experience launching or heavily contributing to the launch of a technology product to the market. Excellent written communicator and storyteller, who, while not a professional designer, has a natural skill set for creating well-written and well-designed marketing collateral. Demonstrated experience in analytical problem-solving in addition to project management. Ability to turn complex clinical, technology, and data science concepts into clear, crisp communications. Comfortable with ambiguity, flexible, and not afraid to take ownership and initiative while working and leading in a cross-functional role. 4-year degree in marketing, business, or similar experience. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus.
