By fall, you’ll transition to New York to lead the launch of our NY showroom, opening in Q2 2026—executing the vision, planning, and build out. ** What The Role Is  Babylist is hiring a Director of Experiential Marketing & Showroom Expansion , a visionary leader who will shape how our brand shows up in real life . From jumping into our LA showroom’s current projects—pop-ups, partner moments, and more—to leading the charge on future locations, you’ll craft standout experiences that captivate expecting families and make the Babylist brand unforgettable. We’re planning to open a new showroom in NYC in 2026, and you'll be the driving force behind its launch, reimagining what a Babylist showroom can be and setting a new standard for how we show up in this epicenter of parenting and culture.  You’ll lead with creativity and strategy, balancing blue-sky thinking with flawless execution. Whether you're crafting immersive brand moments, creating a comprehensive build-out timeline with all the right external partners in place, or collaborating with our Partnerships team to spotlight Brands in new and elevated ways, you'll keep the big picture in focus and the details dialed. This role is made for someone who thrives on autonomy, communicates clearly and confidently, and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into real-world magic. You’ll wrangle big ideas from passionate voices and make smart, strategic calls that shape the future of Babylist IRL. This role reports to the VP, Brand and Media Who You Are 10-12 years of experience in experiential marketing for consumer brands  You have proven experience owning a physical buildout - ideally launching a retail store, showroom, or series of pop-ups You’re constantly seeking creative ideas and inspiration, and are also equally strategic and executionally driven You can collaborate with a diverse group of creative thinkers, distill a range of perspectives into clear strategic direction, and communicate decisions with clarity and purpose You have experience working across a variety of budgets and scale (both intimate experiences with 10-15 influencers and much larger brand activations with 250+ guests)  Deep understanding of the Babylist brand and how we can elevate and evolve our IRL expression  You are passionate about measuring the impact of brand experiences and how they contribute to a brand’s overall goals. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
