This role is not just about hitting numbers—it’s about building the culture, systems, and leadership needed to drive sustainable, ambitious growth.  You’ll be responsible for setting bold sales strategies, achieving ambitious sales goals, coaching and developing a dynamic team and driving alignment around shared goals. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front: strategic, hands-on, and committed to fostering a winning environment.  If you’re passionate about leadership, building teams, and achieving transformational sales growth, we want to hear from you.  What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire Build, manage and lead a sales team to consistently exceed targets  Establish a high-performance, feedback-driven culture that celebrates wins and learns from challenges  Attract, hire, and develop top sales talent  Drive Strategy & Execution   Define and execute an ambitious sales strategy aligned with company objectives  Forecast accurately, manage pipelines and deliver predictable growth  Collaborate cross-functionally with product, revenue operations, business analytics and other teams to drive revenue  Champion Leadership Development   Serve as a coach and role model to team members Build leadership capability within the sales organization for scalable growth  Create accountability through clear metrics, goals and regular coaching Elevate the Sales Function   Implement best-in-class sales processes, tools, and technologies  Set clear expectations for performance, customer experience, and ethical selling  Establish operational excellence across every stage of the sales funnel  What We’re Looking For Proven Leadership – You’ve led sales teams with documented success consistently achieving revenue targets.
