We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI agents for various business applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in prompt engineering, deploying AI/LLM-based solutions, and orchestrating multiple AI agents to work collaboratively.! 🚀🖥️ Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to identify AI opportunities and develop innovative Python based solutions. Implement and deploy AI models and algorithms into production environments with a focus on performance and scalability. Implement and deploy AI Agents using frameworks such as langchain, Google ADK AI Agent Development: Design, build, and optimize AI agents for different business use-cases. Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompts to maximize performance and accuracy of language models. Deployment: Deploy AI agents into production environments, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Agent Chaining: Architect and implement solutions that enable multiple AI agents to collaborate and solve complex tasks. Integration: Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI agents into broader systems or workflows. Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor agent performance and iterate on solutions for improvement. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation. Conduct experiments, perform data analysis, and present findings to stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation for AI algorithms, models, and solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies and apply them to improve our platform. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Python engineers and team members. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Ideally 1+ years of experience in building AI models with ML, NLP, and deep learning. Strong proficiency in Python and the related ecosystem for AI development. Familiarity with LLM concepts, information retrieval, recommendation engines, and predictive AI. Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for AI/ML pipelines. Proven experience with large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers). Strong background in prompt engineering techniques. Experience with deploying AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Demonstrated ability to chain or orchestrate multiple AI agents to solve end-to-end workflows. Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Experience Desired: Strong software engineering background with experience in frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience working with large datasets in production environments. Knowledge of AI/ML techniques, algorithms, and frameworks such as TensorFlow (nice to have), PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn. Familiarity with libraries such as Langchain, Langgraph, and Pandas. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
