Your expertise will help drive our global accounting operations, ensuring that we maintain our outstanding standards and continue to lead the industry. This position requires a well-spoken, organized and experienced leader to drive automation, global accounting operations and the close cycle. As a Corporate Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations including corporate accounting, consolidations, fixed assets, accounts payable, regional statutory accounting and related controls.What you will be doing:Lead monthly and quarterly accounting close activitiesManage internal reporting, including balance sheets, income statements and key analyticsEnsure timely and accurate global statutory reportingDrive process excellence and automation for key transactional accounting pillarsImplement and maintain effective financial controlsManage and develop the global teamSupport and drive global key initiatives including system implementations, global controls and complianceEnsure cross-functional alignment across finance and business partnersWhat we need to see: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or accountingActive CPA license16+ overall years of combined public and industry accounting experienceExperience in process automation and system improvements to scale an organizationExpert level proficiency in SAP ERP and SOX compliant environments10+ years of leadership experience managing global teamsExcellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
