The position is required to balance strategic analysis and insight generation while managing the methods we use to close, forecast, and analyze our expenses.This role will involve partnering with teams across the organization to drive progress towards scalable planning, reporting, and analytics. This is a highly visible role that will involve regular interaction with various business partners: engineering, procurement, finance, external business partners, and other supporting teams across NVIDIA. The successful candidate will have shown experience in past roles supporting decision making in constantly evolving environments. The candidate must have the ability to incorporate new approaches and methodologies while dealing with complex data.What You'll Be DoingDrive monthly financial close and forecasting activities, including annual planningDevelop financial models and scenario analysis to determine strategic options (and trade-offs) of specific business models or capital investmentsReview contracts and validate invoices from Cloud Service Partners to ensure proper financial and accounting recognitionIdentify and drive cost-saving or efficiency opportunities with engineering and GTM teamsContinuously identify and drive operational improvements and automation for better efficiency in reporting and analyzing financial informationWhat We Need To SeeBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience8+ years of experience in FP&A or other relevant finance/analytics positions at a reputable, fast-growing technology company is preferredDemonstrated ability working directly with Cloud Service ProvidersExcellent financial analysis and modeling skills, highly adept with Excel and other productivity tools (SharePoint, Google Docs, PowerPoint, etc.)Advanced proficiency with Excel.
