Data Analyst

We are looking for Data Analyst to join Research Analytics team and be responsible for participating in the creation of agreements, associated project deliveries and working collaboratively with colleagues in related R&A Consulting divisions.About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments5+ Years of Relevant ExperienceExperience delivering, or supporting the delivery of, customer-focused software, data and analytic projects or tasks Proficiency with software and formats such as Excel, XML, MS Access, and other related systemsExperience with technical project management software packages and systems such as JIRA and Unix/LinuxExperience producing technical software documentation and training/help documentationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related fieldIt would be great if you also had . . . Ability to effectively collaborate in a matrixed and remote environment with multiple stakeholdersExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong detail orientationProven ability to contribute to complex projects and processes with moderate oversightExperience producing SOW/contractsJob Responsibilities:​Lead data analysis and interpretation, deriving actionable insights for customers.  Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex problems.  Take ownership of specific project components and deliverables in complex projects.  Manage overall project execution and delivery in small customer engagements with defined outcomes.  Present findings and recommendations to customers with strong communication skills.  Guide and coordinate other consultants within projects to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.  Interact directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis plans and present findings.  Contribute to proposal development by understanding customer needs, suggesting appropriate solutions, describing analysis plans, generating pitch materials, and advising on effort estimates within the relevant area of expertise.  What will you be doing in this role?
