Clarivate is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic, global finance team! In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Corporate department with financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing spending trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments…Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldProficient in financial modelling software (i.e., Microsoft Suite of Products)It would be great if you also had…1+ years of experience in financial planning and analysisKnowledge of budgeting and forecasting best practicesUnderstanding of cost drivers and allocation methodologiesExperience with data visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)What will you be doing in this role?...Perform variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budget and forecastAnalyze trends in personnel costs to develop fringe rates for forecastsSupport the development of long-range financial plans for the companyPrepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support Finance leadership and other stakeholdersBuild and maintain complex financial models to support forecast & budgeting of non operating expenses such as Interest, depreciation, amortization and one-time costsAutomate data feeds and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial modelsExtract and analyze relevant data from various sources, including ERP systems and OneStreamIdentify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the companyClearly communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences, tailoring communication style to the recipient's level of understandingParticipate in conversations across the Finance organizationAbout the TeamJoin our dynamic and collaborative FP&A team where we drive financial reporting using innovation.
