Job Title: CVP, Head of Global AlliancesLocation: US-Remote with ability to travel up to 40%Overview The CVP, Head of Global Alliances will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives growth and innovation through collaborations with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Vertical Field Alliances, and technology partners. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in building and managing high-impact partnerships that enhance business value and expand market reach.What You’ll Do:Strategic Partnership Development:Lead the creation and execution of a global partnership strategy that aligns with BlueYonder's business objectivesIdentify, evaluate, and establish strategic alliances with GSIs, Vertical Field partners, and technology companies to drive mutual growthDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations Execution and Delivery:Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions into BlueYonder's offerings, enhancing customer valueMonitor partnership performance and drive continuous improvement through regular reviews and feedback Market Growth and Innovation:Identify new market opportunities and innovative solutions through strategic alliancesFoster collaboration with partners to co-develop and co-market solutions that address industry challenges and customer needsDrive joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and market penetration Leadership and Team Management:Build and lead a high-performing Global Alliances team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve strategic objectivesCultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team and across partner organizationsRepresent BlueYonder at industry events and conferences, promoting the value of strategic alliancesWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferredProven experience in a senior leadership role focused on strategic partnerships and alliances, preferably within the technology or supply chain sectorsStrong understanding of Global System Integrators, Vertical Field alliances, and technology ecosystemsExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated ability to drive growth through innovative partnership strategiesExperience in leading and developing high-performing teams-------------------------------------------The base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $280,000#LI-REMOTE*LI-HH1*LI-HB1The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
