You will recruit tech talent for our product and technology organizations in Ireland, Germany, the UK and the Netherlands so your role will have a direct impact on helping drive the business forward!We are looking for a senior recruiter who is comfortable with driving full cycle recruitment, including building networks of passive candidates, business and internal partner relationship management and offer negotiations.This is a 6-12 months contract position (hybrid with 3 days in our office in Blanchardstown).What you will accomplish: Build trusting, positive relationships with your partners in the business: Work closely with local and global technical and senior leaders supporting them to hire top talent for their organizations.Partner with other People Team Functions such as Operations, People Business Partner, DIB and Compensation to deliver excellent customer experience.Lead full cycle recruiting process for multiple professional roles within the product and technology organization from sourcing through to offer negotiations whilst delivering excellent candidate experience.Create diverse pipelines through building and activating networks, actively prospecting potential candidates and attracting new talent to eBay.Mentor and educate hiring managers and interview teams on recruiting related policies, processes, and interview skills.What you will bring:Demonstrable experience working as a technical recruiter in a corporate environment, preferably with a particular passion for the tech and eCommerce industry.Solid knowledge and understanding of different labor markets across EMEA; staying up to date with labor market trends and employment legislative knowledge.Flexibility and willingness to work in a diverse team; focus on supporting other team members and adapt to constantly evolving working environment.Strong focus on delivering business impact by finding and identifying the best talent for eBay.Fluent English skillsWorking knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs (Workday and GEM preferred) as well as Sourcing Platforms such as LinkedinPlease see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
