Job Requisition ID #24WD84209Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Specialist to join our dynamic Engineering team. The Product Specialist will be responsible for a variety of technical tasks related to our product, including running code locally, utilizing Postman for admin endpoints, and more.ResponsibilitiesExecute technical tasks related to Autodesk products, including testing and product operationUtilize Postman for accessing and testing admin endpointsDebugging REST API systems and provide solutions to technical issuesCollaborate effectively with customers and team members from various departments including engineering, product, accounts, sales and support, to ensure seamless communicationConduct research and provide detailed analyses to support product developmentMonitor and manage logging systems like AWS Cloudwatch and Sentry.ioManage and perform database operations using SQLMinimum QualificationsTechnical Proficiency: Expertise in using Postman, debugging REST APIs, and some familiarity with SQL and database systemsProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficientlyTeam Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with customers and team membersAttention to Detail: Ability to conduct thorough research and provide detailed insightsLogging Systems: Experience with logging systems such as AWS Cloudwatch and Sentry.ioEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldProfessional Experience: Over 5 years of experience in technical support or a related rolePreferred QualificationsERP Systems: Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, and/or construction-specific ERP systems like COINS, EVision, IFS, Procore, etcServer-Side Code Frameworks: Some experience or interest in server-side code frameworks such as Dotnet or NodeJS would be highly regarded#LI -MR2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
