Job Requisition ID #25WD89159Position OverviewThe Global Partner Programs team at Autodesk is seeking a versatile individual with experience in enablement project/program management within the channel partner ecosystem. This position will focus on driving the marketing enablement of our diverse channel partners (including Solution Providers and Value-Added Distributors) through the preparation, delivery, and facilitation of enablement programs aimed at increasing their marketing capacity and capability.The role involves executing projects defined by the Global Partner team leadership. Responsibilities include creating and managing project timelines, documentation, meeting facilitation, coordinating content from internal subject matter experts, workflow management, and quality assurance.Interactions will primarily take place via Zoom/Teams, with face-to-face meetings as necessary and appropriate. Given the global nature of the role, these interactions may regularly occur outside typical local business hours. To accommodate interactions across different time zones while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, the work is expected to be performed remotely/from home, with optional visits to the local Autodesk office.ResponsibilitiesDriving awareness, support, adoption, and participation in partner marketing enablement programsCoordinate timelines, communications, and delivery across multiple teams to ensure successful rollout of program componentsMaintain global relationships through timely and effective communicationSupport the delivery of custom partner marketing training tracks based on type and skill sets/capabilities of partnersReport on program effectiveness through internal tools and dashboards on a pre-set cadence, track trends, highlights and areas for improvementMaintain enablement program and key initiatives focused on short term delivery (within a quarter)Organize and monitor interconnected initiativesDevelop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities that support the programProactively communicate status, risk, and updates to key stakeholdersAssume responsibility for the program’s stakeholders and vendorsSupport maximized ROI of program initiativesPrepare and deliver reports for key stakeholders as requiredMinimum QualificationsExcellent program management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneouslyAbility to execute, establish priorities, and meet swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentStrong understanding of marketing methodologies, processes and best practicesExcellent relationship management skillsExceptional written, verbal, presentation and communication skills in EnglishProactive, self-directed and results-orientedAbility to travel up to 25% of the time3+ years of experience in partner marketing and/or enablementMinimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 2 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience#LI-FB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
