We're in this together, sustaining the future of our customers, our company, and our planet.Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.仕事内容Japan People Experience Teamに所属し、「人事ジェネラリスト」として人事業務全般を幅広く担当いただきます。入社直後は入退社や従業員からのお問い合わせ対応からスタートし、業務に慣れてきたら、労務関連や研修、Employee Relations業務にも携わっていただく予定です。労務業務としては、年間スケジュールに沿いながら、福利厚生の運営や休職者対応、勤怠管理や衛生委員会にも出席いただきます。労働関係の法令に変更がある時は、就業規則や制度の見直しや改定を行ったり、社労士やPayroll Teamとの連携しながら給料関連業務をサポートいただきます。研修業務では、福利厚生に関する研修や年間で計画されている人事関連の研修を企画・運営・実施していただきます。Employee Relations業務では、社員からの相談対応や人事の介入が必要な問題の対応等、事業部門と協力しながら問題解決に努めていただきます。オフィスが日本と韓国にありますので、韓国の人事チームと日々連携しながら業務を進める必要があります。具体的な業務内容・入退社対応・社員から寄せられる各種問い合わせの対応・人事関連の研修企画・準備・実施やサポート業務・ER対応・健康診断、ストレスチェック、インフル予防接種の準備、運営・福利厚生の運営・人事関連プロジェクトのサポート、契約書締結業務・従業員データの管理・更新・産休育休取得者/休職者の対応・人事専用サイト、マニュアルの管理/更新・就業証明書の作成・人事アナウンスの作成、配信・資料の日本語翻訳業務（英語→日本語、韓国語→日本語）・就労ビザ更新手続き対応・その他人事に関する資料作成、サポート業務全般応募資格（MUST）人事実務経験3年以上がある方 (採用経験等。正社員経験が望ましい）日本法令、労基法の理解とそれに基づいた業務経験問題解決スキルコミュニケーションスキルネイティブレベルの日本語スキルビジネスレベルの韓国語スキル大学卒業の方歓迎スキルと資格コンサルタントや採用の経験社内研修の実務担当経験メンタルヘルスマネジメントの経験第二種衛生管理者柔軟性がある方日常会話レベルの英語スキルPlease see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
