Fab Wet Etch and Wet Clean Process Development EngineerDescription -What a Fab Wet Etch and Wet Clean Process Development Engineer does at HP:Develop, optimize, and sustain wet etch and wet clean processes for MEMS fabrication on 8-inch wafers.Monitor and analyze process performance using SPC, DOE, and FMEA methodologies.Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain high yield and reliability.Collaborate with equipment engineers to ensure tool performance and uptime.Support new product introduction (NPI) and technology transfer activities.Drive new equipment assessment, down selection and setup processes.  Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost, cycle time, and process robustness.Maintain comprehensive documentation including process specifications, control plans, and work instructions.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all wet process operations.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, or a related field.Proven experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication with a focus on wet etch and wet clean processes.Good understanding of semiconductor wet process.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex process issues. Good project management skills including timeline and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.Able to work under tight timeline and fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, including written, presentation, negotiation and influencing.Possess good ownership, accountability and with agile mindset in view the work dynamics, Self-motivator and result orientated.Good team playerAble to travel to overseas for business trip.
