Adobe Design is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join our Spectrum Design System team, focusing on Android and Web component development. The Spectrum team connects design and technology, offering Adobe tools, components, infrastructure, and services for precise design and consistent user experiences across various products.The OpportunityYou will lead a framework team focused on building Android component and web component libraries for our design system. These components are used across multiple products at Adobe—from Photoshop to Adobe Express to Illustrator and more. Your engineering expertise will be important in helping us build libraries that implement Spectrum, meet the architecture requirements for customer product teams, and allow for contribution from other teams.In planning activities, management team members participate in feature discovery, system architecture, requirements definition, project scope, and delivery. They also offer technical mentorship, career guidance, and performance assessment for their team. You will lead this work and play a crucial role in ensuring Spectrum is available to our customers in a timely, stable, and scalable manner.In this role, you will:Build cool things!
