Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager Professional Services to join our Sales Team based in Paris.What you'll doOwn the entire sales strategy and execution for your key customers, including territory & account planning, pipeline & opportunity management, and forecasting.Help shape Adobe Consulting towards a digital marketing consultancy with end-to-end capabilities to deliver complex digital marketing use casesWith your customers, build a vision of their Digital Transformation and our role to support it, and grow into the role of a trusted advisorNegotiate and contract consulting engagements with customers to implement Adobe Digital Marketing solutions and improve the business value from existing implementations, and drive the sales process until closureWork intensely with the project delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction through achievement of customer business goals, and turn each customer into a referenceWhat you’ll need to succeed8 -15 years of sales experience in consulting/professional services within a Software Vendor or in a consulting firm. A combination of Delivery & Services Sales experience would be preferred.Familiar with Customer Experience Topics (Customer Experience, marketing automation, digital Marketing…)Ability to navigate complex environmentsEnglish & French fluentPerform sales planning and pipeline managementNegotiate engagement pricing and contractual agreements.Able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and experience of value-based selling and contracting to large enterprisesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships at both, C-level and functional levelsAbility to multi-task within tight time frames, and rapidly amend plans and tactics in response to changes in priority or situationAs our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
