The Opportunity Are you an expert with guiding a large and sophisticated security engineering team for a SaaS organization? Do you have experience leading a global and multi-disciplinary organization focused on software development and operations and improving the organization security posture? We’re looking for you to join Adobe as our Senior Director, Security Engineering. In this role, which reports directly to the Vice President of Cyber Operations, you’ll lead a global Security Engineering organization, which partners with product development & operations teams, our core infrastructure teams, our architecture teams, our privacy office and cyber legal team. In addition, you’ll build tight partnerships with the leadership across all of Adobe to achieve your goals. Your team will get to partner with engineering leaders across our complete spectrum of products.What you’ll doManage a global team of engineers towards innovation, partnership, collaboration, and operational excellence. The U.S. pay range for this position is $184,500 -- $392,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
