We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! Professional Services Sales Ops AnalystPosition summary: This Americas based position on the Professional Services Sales Operations team will provide operational support across the quote to contract process for accuracy, adherence to policy, management of risk, confirmation of existing or design of new operational controls based on evolving business strategies as they pertain to Adobe Consulting and Training business unit. At a high level this will involve detailed contract review, highlighting potential revenue recognition issues or complicated pricing, Ts & Cs, etc.ResponsibilitiesOperational sales support for Professional Services dealsReview Sales Order and Statement of Work documents for invoicing and rev recognition issuesNon-standard contract evaluation for risk mitigationAssist with contracting and mitigation support for ongoing contracting requirements - SOWs, Change Orders, amendments, and renewalsProvide mentorship and enablement to Sales on contracting and negotiation strategiesEnsure that contracting requirements are met and handled in a manner that is consistent with Adobe’s policies, guidelines, and good business practicesAnalysis and identification of process control gaps and formulation of recommendations on controls to close those gaps based on changing business strategiesParticipate in the creation of reusable artifacts (e.g., playbooks, templates, checklists) to facilitate efficient quote to contract approvalsRequirementsExcellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills centered around customer service and partnership4 years Professional Services experience4 years Accounting or Finance experience, or2 years Sales, Legal, or Contract review experienceGood knowledge of Software Revenue Recognition as it applies to Professional ServicesExcellent interpersonal skills with an ability to translate financial data into information for non-financial peopleAdept at Excel concepts for use in data analysisCompetence in WordPrevious use of ERP and Sales Opportunity management systems (SAP, SFDC, PSA, etc.)Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business AdministrationAbility to evaluate data anomalies, investigate root causes, and craft and deploy solutionsAbility to independently resolve multiple approaches to problem solvingA proven sense of self, balanced with the strive to put team firstGlobal cultural awareness and experience with in-region teamsWillingness to have fun!Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $94,700 -- $184,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
