This role will partner closely with the VP/MD Enterprise Japan in driving high-velocity growth within the Enterprise organisation in Adobe Japan.Lead sales strategy and operations, defining go-to-market plans and being responsible for daily business activities. Analyze data, collaborate with Sales and Finance, and exhibit critical thinking and attention to detail.Located in Tokyo, you report to the JAPAC COO for Sales Strategy & Operations, working with various teams locally and globally. What you'll doAlign with Sales leadership on go-to-market strategy, providing data and insights, and highlighting growth opportunitiesLead the annual and quarterly planning cycles within Enterprise, collaborating closely with JAPAC, and global teamsLead and manage business reviews, sales forecasting, and pipeline management, including monitoring compliance with required standards for maintaining SFDC dataLead and develop a small direct team to build and complete deliverables for the Japan Enterprise businessPresent insights on Sales performance and lay out action plans to improve and expedite business growth for Sales leadership (Reporting for Key measures (value, Performance Scorecards, Management Dashboards, Ranking Reports)Facilitate the assignment of annual quotas to the Sales team, working closely with Global Sales Strategy & Operations and Global Sales Commissions teamsDrive and standardise sales behaviours when it comes to forecasting, as well as strive for continual improvement in Operational Excellence within the Sales organisation.Act as a change agent; Adobe Japan is consistently testing and optimising approaches within Sales as a key rebuilding and growth market for the region.Provide input and mentorship to global teams around the approaches used within the Japan business and advocate accordingly.What you need to succeed12-15+ years of work experience in Sales strategy and operations rolesProven people leader, with excellent attraction, development and retention track record, as well as a default ‘lead by example’ approachExcellent verbal and written communication skills, along with evidenced ability to influence outside of organisational reporting linesJapanese language fluency and business proficiency in English who has work experience in JapanUnquestionable integrity, being consistently capable of both communicating and appreciating varied perspectives, optimising for the right business outcomesAbility to build trust and drive accountability & ownership at all levels, within teams other than ownAbility to mine, manipulate and present data to senior executives, along with thoughtful recommendations for action/executionAbility to collaborate across teams and technology boundaries, to use data and initiative to take on complex operational problemsMust have high attention to detail, love delivering high-quality work, and be passionate about our customersMust be a highly motivated individual with a hard-working approach, capable of multi-tasking in a rapidly growing organisationAbility to be successful working in a highly matrixed and fast-paced environmentAdobe for All Adobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
