We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The Opportunity Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Business Units and Web Production to drive and deliver the implementation of multiple challenging initiatives to expand Adobe footprint and grow Adobe revenueCollaborate with GTM managers and use traffic data to advise site merchandising opportunitiesUnderstand and translate the e-commerce promotional and merchandising strategies, business goals, and business processes into an actionable planWhat you'll Do Coordinate all aspects of the business for improvement requests and initiatives globally to consistently achieve results in an ambiguous and changing environment. This includes large scale initiatives such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Back to School, etc.Be a major player in business process improvement and a motivator for building mature processes. Build and maintain a central repository for planning and execution documentation including Confluence/Wiki, SharePoint, etc.Lead requirements volatility, integrity and continuity via organizational change and reprioritizationEffectively build and develop relationships with cross-functional teams within the organization and external partners to influence and develop solutions that meet the shared goals of all teams involvedBe vigilant about clarifying ownership for each part of the journeyFind opportunities for continuous improvementResearch into market trends and industry standard methodologies to augment functional operating modelsAchieve operational excellenceWhat you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience a must6-8 years of dynamic experience which includes Business Strategy, E-commerce Promotions and Digital Merchandising, Customer Experience functionsCore 3-5 years of shown success in leading/driving business transformation, operational excellence or process engineering projectsStrong understanding of various business process improvement methodologiesAppetite to learn and comfortable with ambiguity.Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams.Strong ability to understand interpersonal strategic direction and translate those into functional and operational change and improvementsAbility to build strong cases for projects and work with the leadership team on prioritizationsDemonstrated ability to adapt and operate in a rapidly changing business landscapeAbility to dissect, and collaborate towards solving sophisticated business problemsA strong Change Manager with tenacity to follow through till closureStrong people skills, with distinctive ability to influence across levels and teamsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,900 -- $158,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
