Technical Consultants build and develop Analytics & Target solutions to meet customer's business objectives, experience optimisation and reporting needs. In addition, consultants help each customer implement the solution throughout their websites and applications, perform quality checks to ensure that the implementation work has been completed successfully, and diagnose and resolve technical issues when they arise. While not a programming position, it is a very technical job with constant customer interaction and opportunities to innovate!What you’ll doGain an in-depth knowledge of a client’s website and mobile architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategySupport customer discovery sessions and help guide client's business requirements and key performance indicatorsGuide customers through the process of implementing Target Activities.Design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategiesGenerate customized digital analytics collection code and assist with its implementation and deploymentSupport client’s developers and third parties throughout the implementation processValidate and debug Target and Analytics implementations and follow through on issues until resolvedLight manipulation of JavaScript as needed to customize digital analytics solutionsGuide key partners and drive client success based on clients most significant business drivers and Adobe's standard methodologyEngage directly with customers via phone, email, and/or in-person through the project lifecycle.
