You will work with clients to strategize and drive business value from the platform and enable them to adopt & scale-up in their maturity roadmap.If you thrive in a focused, hardworking but exciting environment where your ideas will help to bring the Customer’s strategy to life, then we would love to meet you!What you will do:Represent Adobe Professional Services as a Full Stack Technical Consultant in AEM advising best-practice approaches and technical implementation for Adobe Experience Manager engagementsCoordinate with client teams and own the conversation to define use cases, goals, objectives to support the business needsBuild system and application artifacts to achieve defined digital experience and business needsEngage and promote recommendations to client teamsWork within a high technically focused team to provide technical guidance in the design and planning of solutions with AEMEffectively analyze complex project issues, devise optimal solutions, and facilitate the recommendations to the Clients and PartnersEnsure alignment between business strategies, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teamsContribute to Adobe's AEM practices, collaboration channels and share valuable feedback for product improvementWhat you need to succeedTechnical SkillsBachelor’s / Master degree in computer science, engineering or similar.Proven multi-year experience with Java/JEE, Sling Servlets, OSGi, JCR Queries, core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Felix.Expertise in core web technologies including Javascript, XML, HTML5, HTL, client/server-side scripting, Jquery.Deep knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, GraphQL, Unit Testing, GIT, agile methodologies, and software design patternsDispatcher Configuration, Clustering, CRX repository, Workflows, Replication, and Performance management.CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins.Good conceptual understanding of modern frontend frameworks technology like React, Vue.js or Angular.Forward-thinking in terms of knowledge of the latest web technologies trends.Consulting SkillsDrive conversations with peer levels at customers and partnersStrong in risk management and handling challenging engagement situations in a proactive wayBe a role model team member and support othersSelf-organized professional who prioritizes your work schedule in a multi-engagement environmentAbility to involve other specialists to ensure successExcellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English, French (preferred), other European languages are a plus.Flexibility to travel, based on project demands.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
