The primary focus of this role is to lead, coach, and develop the team to exceed sales targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and achieve new levels of professional growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring others in their sales careers, exhibit courage, and possess a founder’s mindset.Main ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and develop a team of Account-Based Sales RepresentativesAchieve and surpass sales targetsInspire individuals to exceed their sales objectives through deal coaching, sales and product skills training, and mission-driven leadershipCollaborate with an extended team of professionals (License Compliance, Technical Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Client Services, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful expansion strategyBuild and leverage relationships with channel partners to enhance portfolios performance and exceed customer expectationsRegularly report on team and individual results, including pipeline, conversion rates, and billings attainmentWork closely with internal sales operations stakeholders on reporting and analysis, identifying and recommending improvements in sales productivityContinuously develop your team into sales-ready professionals for the next steps in their careersFoster an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to workMinimum Qualifications3+ years of proven experience in successfully managing people to achieve performance goals within an office-based sales team7+ years of extensive and proven experience in sales, preferably in enterprise applications or industries with long and complex sales processes, with a track record of consistently exceeding quota expectationsExceptional communication, organizational, and time management skillsPrior inside sales experience is a plus, with a strong desire to excel in technology salesStrong metrics and analytical orientationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to continually developing talent through on-the-job coaching, mentorship, and leading by example#LI-IS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
