Job Requisition ID #25WD85966Position OverviewThe Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success organization is seeking a talented, accomplished, and enthusiastic individual to join our APAC Consulting Services team as a Consulting Project Manager, Japan. As a Consulting Project Manager, Japan, you will use your industry and technical knowledge to help our customers put innovative design, engineering, and construction solutions into real world practice. You will work directly with our largest and most strategic customers to manage consulting engagements including process improvement, implementation and deployment strategies, software training, configuration, mentoring and technical guidance. Providing these services will ensure customers are maximizing the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies and ensuring the success of transformational changes to their business.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple consulting projects across a range of customers simultaneouslyEffectively leading and managing internal and external resources to meet project objectivesMaintaining open communication amongst account team and project team members, leading project review meetingsTranslating project objectives and vision into clear goals for the teamManaging team members to achieve project objectivesDefining project resource plans, including internal and contract resourcesMonitoring projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parametersDeveloping and maintaining project plans, schedules, and project control tools utilising standard PM processesPerforming project plan analysis and evaluating risk and developing risk mitigation plans.Developing strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintaining effective communication channelsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within an IT-related fieldPMP / PMI qualified or equivalentExperience leading a team to achieve project objectives and deliver projects within cost/schedule constraintsAbility to review and draft scopes of work, prepare project-related documentation, and develop and deliver presentationsExperience in consulting or service delivery to architect and design solutions based on business requirementsA strong sense of ownership with a bias for actionThe Ideal CandidateAutodesk Technology: You are excited by Autodesk software and the opportunities becoming a platform company representsWillingness to learn: You are an enthusiastic learner who approaches interactions with an open mind; a great listener and willing to take on and provide feedbackLeadership: You are a self-aware strategic thinkerRelationship Management: You are passionate about building strong and enduring relationshipsCommunicator: You can articulate ideas clearly and purposefully, explain your area of expertise confidently, and engage with influenceStoryteller: You can confidently and effectively facilitate and present, keeping audiences engaged and delivering a clear messageTeam Player: You are collaborative and able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team#LI-JA1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
