Job Requisition ID #25WD85944Position OverviewWe are seeking a Principal Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team in Platform Services and Emerging Technology's Developer Enablement DevRel group. The developer enablement organization's mission within platform services is to provide developers with the tools, resources, and support they need to build high-quality applications that meet business requirements. This includes enabling developers to create, test, and deploy software applications more efficiently and effectively. The DevRel team promotes knowledge sharing and collaboration to create a community of enabled developers. It empowers developers to take ownership of their work and contribute to the organization's success.In this role, you will represent developer needs within the India region by providing technical support to developers, building and maintaining our developer enablement solutions, and working closely with partner platform teams to ensure the platform meets their needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to developers who are using platform servicesAssist developers in building and deploying their applicationsTroubleshoot issues and work with development teams to resolve problemsCollaborate with development teams to ensure the platform meets their needsDevelop and maintain documentation and training materials for the platformStay up to date with new technologies and trends in the industryMinimum QualificationExperience: 8 - 12 yearsExperience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and SpinnakerExperience with scripting languages such as Python or BashFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or KubernetesFamiliarity with observability practices, tooling, and solutions, including Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and NewRelic.Knowledge of DevOps principles and practicesStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problemsFlexibility with work locationPreferred QualificationFamiliarity with open-source software and communitiesFamiliarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, Trello, and AsanaEnjoys speaking at conferences and developer communitiesRelevant certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, and Certified Kubernetes Application Developer#LI-MR2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
