Job Requisition ID #25WD87162Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Technology Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the design, implementation, and escalated support of all workplace technologies, including conference AV systems, IoT sensors (such as occupancy sensors), digital signage, and visitor management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology implementations as part of construction projects across a global portfolio and within a fast-paced technology environment. This role will manage a team of two people.ResponsibilitiesOversee the design, implementation, and support of workplace technologies, including conference AV systems, IoT sensors, digital signage, and visitor management across global construction projectsProvide escalated support for all workplace technologies at an enterprise scaleOPEX and CAPEX budget trackingLead and manage a small team, ensuring effective collaboration and performanceEstablish and maintain Technology team processes and runbooksEnterprise level device management and maintain security compliance across associated AV and IoT TechnologiesEstablish and maintain partnerships with global technology vendors to ensure deliverables are met across the enterpriseWork global hours to support international projects and teamsUtilize strong project management skills to ensure successful delivery of technology projectsSupport conference room and IoT technology, ensuring optimal performance and user experienceFoster strong people skills to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholdersPartner with Stakeholders to continuously evolve and innovate an exceptional Autodesk user experience across in the in-office experienceMinimum QualificationsAt least 10 years of proven experience in managing technology implementations as part of construction projects across a global portfolioAt least 6 years experience in a fast-paced technology environment delivering at a global scaleExpert level knowledge of AV and conference room designPrevious experience in managing a team and working global hoursStrong project management skills within the technology spaceExperience in supporting conference room and IoT technologyExcellent people skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholdersFamiliarity with Crestron hardware and device management, QSC programming, and Appspace management is a plusStrong networking knowledge and understanding of construction drawings and processesPreferred QualificationsExperience with Crestron hardware and device managementProficiency in QSC programmingKnowledge of Appspace and Brightsign managementStrong networking knowledgeUnderstanding of construction drawings, processes and acousticsFamiliarity with the latest trends and advancements in workplace technologyAbility to work in a fast-paced technology environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $95,400 and $154,330. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
