Job Requisition ID #25WD86786Position OverviewAs a Principal Service Line Manager at Autodesk, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for the success planning service line and ensure that Autodesk customers achieve their business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the process of developing personalized roadmaps for customers to achieve their desired goals by using Autodesk solutions. You will also collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the success planning service line.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies for the success planning service line that align with overall Autodesk objectives and continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiencyConduct market research on success planning services and customer success management best practicesBring new success planning services to market, including human-delivered and digital services Monitor and ensure the quality of success planning services delivered to customers meets or exceeds expectationsEstablish and manage success metrics and reporting systems to provide stakeholders with regular updates on their progress and outcomesDesign and implement scalable success planning frameworks that can be customized for different client segments and industriesMinimum Qualifications10+ years experience in product/offering management, strategy, or customer success roles Proven experience in developing and executing success planning strategies within a SaaS or technology company.Expert ability to create and maintain personalized roadmaps that help customers achieve their business goals using company productsExpert ability to manage success planning service lines to drive customer satisfaction and achieve customer success objectivesExpertise with designing and implementing scalable success planning frameworks for different customer segments and industriesProven Ability to develop and maintain a library of success planning resources including templates and best practice documentsStrong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of success planning initiatives and make informed decisionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersProven ability to monitor success metrics and utilize customer health monitoring tools to ensure proactive issue resolution and continuous improvementLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $156,900 and $253,770. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
