Job Requisition ID #25WD87922Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst with strong Business Intelligence (BI) skills to join our Global License Compliance and Renewals team. This role is pivotal in supporting the renewals team by creating and maintaining prioritization logic for relevant opportunities, providing performance insights and suggesting improvements. In addition, the role requires managing some administrative tasks for opportunity assignation. The ideal candidate will have a blend of business analysis and BI expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable data models and business recommendations. In this role, you will be working with a diverse group of stakeholders, from Sales Leaders to Data Scientists and other data-focused teams, or Finance or Program Managers. The position reports to the Sr Manager Business Analytics.ResponsibilitiesBlend data driven models with business rules and machine learning models to create segmentation logic for our renewal opportunitiesIdentify and assign top priority opportunities to Sales Reps on a recurring basisMaintain and evolve existing stakeholder-facing Power BI ReportsDevelop new reports and dashboardsProvide data-based recommendations to Sales Leaders to provide actionable insights and performance improvementsTrack & monitor existing KPIs, ensure regular review and evolution of metrics to maintain business relevanceCollaborate with other data-driven teams to translate business needs into relevant data modelsSupport testing and evaluation of said data modelsCombine and streamline activities currently handled by different roles, creating a cohesive and efficient processManage relationships with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met effectivelyMinimum Qualifications4+ years with relevant experience required as business analyst, business intelligence analyst or similar fieldHigh level of proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to develop and maintain complex dashboardsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsProactive working styleFamiliarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and data administration processesExcellent business acumen and ability to leverage existing data science and machine learning modelsDemonstrated experience in managing stakeholders from different functions, such as sales or financeExcellent communication skills in English language, both written and verbalPreferred QualificationsExperience transforming and extracting data through SQL statements from cloud-based data warehouse services like SnowflakeExperience in transforming data with scripting tools such as PythonExperience in process managementKnowledge of finance data and renewal businessExperience working with global teams#LI-AS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
