Autodesk is seeking a DEX Solution Insights Strategist to join the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team within the Enterprise Systems and Experience organization. This team delivers capabilities that enrich and improve the overall Autodesk employee experience. This is a hybrid role in the US Novi, Michigan location.ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret data related to employee interactions with digital tools, systems, and processesDevelop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize insights effectivelyMonitor and evaluate digital engagement, connection metrics to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvementCollaborate with IT and HR teams to address technical issues affecting digital workflows and optimize system performanceDocument employee journeys, workflows, and use cases to identify friction points and recommend solutionsPresent solution insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including HR, IT, and C-suite executivesEstablish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital employee experience initiativesPartner with IT and HR teams to align data-driven strategies with broader employee engagement goalsAdvocate for continuous improvement by benchmarking data and refining strategies based on findingsMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in solution insights or a similar roleProficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python) and visualization platforms (ex: Power BI)Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insightsExcellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiencesProven ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholdersDemonstrated problem-solving skills to address challenges in employee digital workflows or system/tool usabilityPreferred QualificationsExperience in digital employee experience analyticsFamiliarity with concepts and success metrics related to digital employee experience, such as engagement or employee satisfaction & effort measurementKnowledge of modern workplace tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar collaboration platformsExperience following data governance practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and complianceA team player who contributes to organizational growth through collaboration and innovationA proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment#LI-KM1 Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,200 and $181,610. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
