Job Requisition ID #25WD88186Position Overview:Autodesk seeks a strategic, results-driven Manager of the Quarterly Training Plan Program to lead the global enablement engine that ensures our teams are aligned, trained, and ready every quarter. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end execution of our Quarterly Training Plan, the centralized program that combines all mandatory, business-critical training across the company.You will lead a global team that aligns with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, HR, L&D, Security, and business leaders, to surface, scope, and prioritize the most essential training needs each quarter. From intake through delivery and performance tracking, you’ll ensure every training within the Quarterly Training Plan is well-coordinated, measurable, and impactful for the intended audience.This is a highly strategic and operational role that is at the heart of how Autodesk prepares its people for the future.Responsibilities:Lead the Global Quarterly Training Plan: Own the orchestration of Autodesk’s company-wide training plan each quarter, encompassing all compliance, corporate, and business-prioritized trainingsDrive Strategic Alignment: Partner with Legal, Finance, HR, L&D, Security, and business stakeholders to identify and scope required trainings, align timing and sequencing, and secure executive sponsorshipCoordinate End-to-End Execution: Oversee the delivery, communication, and learner experience across multiple trainings within each quarterly cycle, ensuring seamless integration across functions and regionsMeasure and Optimize: Establish KPIs and reporting to track training completion, impact, and effectiveness—using insights to inform future cycles and improve learner outcomesLead a Global Team: Hire, coach, and empower a high-performing team to manage quarterly execution, stakeholder coordination, communications, and delivery logistics at scaleDrive Process Excellence: Design and improve scalable workflows, governance models, and tools that support predictable, efficient quarterly executionMinimum Qualifications8+ years of experience in program management, corporate training, enablement, or learning operations in a global organization3+ years of people management experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teamsStrong ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment across multiple functionsDeep experience managing global programs or recurring strategic initiativesData-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and fluency in training metrics and performance trackingFamiliarity with LMS, enablement tools, and project management platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Seismic, Smartsheet, etc.)Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in technology or SaaS environmentsUnderstanding of compliance, HR, or security-related training needsBachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field#LI-MK2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
