Job Requisition ID #25WD87612Position OverviewThe Inside Sales Product Specialist – Expansion is responsible for expanding customer contract size and renewing customer subscriptions in the assigned EMEAportfolio across Territory and Midmarket segments. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceeding quarterly andannual targets for customer expansion and renewal rates. This position reports to an Inside Sales Product Specialist Manager and will work closely withbroader Autodesk Field Sales Team, Customer Success, and Business Development.ResponsibilitiesManage full sales cycle from customer outreach to close for existing Autodesk Construction Cloud customersUnderstand customer issues & requirements as well as usage trends in order to recommend a specific Autodesk product or industry solutionMaintain advanced knowledge of Autodesk products in your portfolio, competitive products, and industry trends as well as Autodesk Subscription and Advanced SupportDemonstrate product to customer and connect business outcomes to required capabilitiesMaintain strong understanding of promotions and campaigns related to doing business with Autodesk and/or its PartnersNegotiate contract terms with customer and complete sales order transactionsUtilise Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activityMaintain Salesforce.com opportunities using probability definitions embedded to categorize opportunities accordingly to accurately forecast against plans and targets weeklyBuild strong relationships for business planning with the extended Autodesk field sales teamsRespond to customer inquiries in a professional and prompt mannerConduct direct outreach to existing customers to develop expansion opportunitiesMinimum QualificationsBusiness Fluency in English and French, other languages are considered a plusTechnical knowledge and capability to demonstrate complex Autodesk Construction Cloud solutionsFamiliarity with sales process and certain selling methodologies i.e. MEDDPICC or BANTFamiliarity with CRM applications (i.e., Salesforce)Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive at all timesStrong work ethic: Team oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results orientedHighly proficient computer skills including SFDC, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint#LI-MM2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
