Job Requisition ID #25WD88239Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team in Platform Services and Emerging Technology's Developer Enablement DevRel group. The mission of the Developer Enablement organization within Platform Services is to provide developers with the tools and support they need to build high-quality applications that meet our requirements. This includes enabling developers to create, test, and deploy software applications using Autodesk developer tools. The DevRel team promotes knowledge sharing and collaboration to create a community of empowered developers. It empowers developers to take ownership of their work and contribute to our success.You will represent developer needs within the APAC/EMEA regions by providing technical support, building and maintaining our developer enablement solutions, and working with partner platform teams to ensure the platform meets their needs. This role is based in India. You will report to a Senior Engineering Manager.ResponsibilitiesHelp application teams to standardize the service deployment configuration and processHelp application team to accelerate the deployment durationWork closely with application teams to get onboarded to internal developer platformsProvide technical support to developers who are using platform servicesAssist developers in building and deploying their applicationsTroubleshoot issues and work with development teams to resolve problemsCollaborate with development teams to ensure the platform meets their needsMaintain documentation and training materials for the platformStay up to date with new technologies and trends in the industryMinimum Qualifications7-10 years managing resources within cloud computing platforms such AWSExperience automating the software development lifecycle with continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, CloudBees and SpinnakerExperience with Infrastructure Provisioning and Automation tools like TerraformExperience with development, build, and deploy process for workloads including serverless, container-based, enterprise, and other application implementationsGood hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or KubernetesImplemented and instrumented observability practices, tooling, and solutions, including Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Dynatrace and NewRelicCreation of technical documentation in the form of runbooks, notes, and engineering resourcesGood inter-team communication, coordination and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience or involvement in open-source software and communitiesEnjoys speaking at conferences and developer communitiesRelevant certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, and Certified Kubernetes Application Developer#LI-MR2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
