Job Requisition ID #25WD88437Position OverviewAs a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer at Autodesk, you will be responsible for building and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions that personalize and enhance the customer experience across our platforms. You will work with large-scale datasets, collaborate cross-functionally, and apply state-of-the-art techniques to deliver intelligent, scalable systems. This role emphasizes hands-on ML development and deployment using the AWS stack. You will be collaborating with other teams in the Access  domain, partnering with the Autodesk ML Platform team for tooling and infrastructure needs to deploy ML models and AI solutions for Access related workflows and use cases. If you are technically savvy, and want to pave the way in ML/AI in use cases that have a direct customer and revenue impact, this is a role for you.ResponsibilitiesML Model Development: Design and build scalable machine learning models using large datasets to provide personalized recommendations, predictions, and classifications. Manage deployment for large-scale ML lifecycle on AWS, leveraging deep expertise to build scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutionsEnd-to-End Data Pipeline & Deployment - Design, build, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines that support the full ML lifecycle leveraging cloud servicesSoftware Engineering: Write maintainable code using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and XGBoost. Integrate ML pipelines into CI/CD workflowsPlatform Scalability: Design and implement scalable inference services for real-time and batch use casesModel Performance Optimization: Test and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and speed. Monitor model health and maintain automated retrainingCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with ML researchers, software engineers, product managers, architects, and operations teams to integrate ML into Autodesk products. Translate requirements into effective ML solutionsProductization of Research: Develop prototypes and reusable components to turn research into production-ready featuresKnowledge Sharing: Stay updated with ML/AI trends, contribute to best practices and organizational learningMinimum QualificationsBachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or a related field3+ years of experience in building, deploying, and scaling ML models in productionStrong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and XGBoostGood understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data architectureExperience with AWS services, including SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, and Step FunctionsAbility to integrate ML pipelines into cloud-based systems and production applicationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skillsTechnical Communication: Clearly present findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience working on ML projects in cross-functional teamsKnowledge of responsible AI principles, including model explainability and fairnessLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
