Job Requisition ID #25WD88569Position OverviewThe Associate Partner Manager will be accountable for the driving revenue through our many of our national volume partners and silver tier partners. Develop the strategy, plan, and implement the go-to-market and partner sales initiatives to drive growth for Autodesk. This is a remote position.ResponsibilitiesCreate unique sales strategies and activities to drive new subscription and cloud businessDevelop recommendations to improve partners’ sales strategies, coverage, capabilitiesEnsure renewal retention and customer success by proactive renewal managementDevelop trusted advisor partner relationships with manager/director/executives and above relationshipsPartner and collaborate with internal Autodesk teams including field sales, partner marketing, and customer successEnsure profitability and rebate structure and be able to report on key metrics to partner managementIdentify mutual strategic “plays”; secure executive sponsorship and establish the success criteria which will be used to focus the two organizations on agreed-upon playsIncrease mindshare of Autodesk solutions at partnersPresent Autodesk portfolio and partner program benefits to partner teamsEngage in quarterly business reviews to recap quarterly sales results and help set focus areas and goals for upcoming quartersFamiliarity with distributors and understanding of resale business model vs.an agency modelKnowledge of large customer and reseller purchasing systemsMinimum Qualifications5+ years minimum experience with channel organizationExperience with large national partners (ie. CDW, SHI, Insight)Proven track record of partner sales leadership, alliances, and ecosystem development with multibillion dollar organizationsCapability to build multifaceted strategies to attach Autodesk solutions to partner value propositions and improve revenuesStrong collaboration skills and working in a highly matrixed virtual environment to accomplish your objectivesAbility to negotiate and understand partner agreementsUnderstanding and experience with direct selling, resale and agency modelsUnderstanding of large customer procurement requirements and experience with SAASForecasting and pipeline management experienceAbility to resolve channel conflict – conflict management skillsRelationship Management- ability to develop and collaborate with sales, management and director level and above and create alignmentLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $116,600 and $178,200. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
