Job Requisition ID #25WD88236Position OverviewAs a Project Manager of the Support Strategic Realization Team (SSRT) at Autodesk, you will manage and drive the enablement for the support departments and oversee projects that drive efficiency to both internal and external customers. You will focus on maintaining project management standards and will collaborate with support (CTS and GCO) leaders to develop roll out strategies and ensure the successful delivery of support projects.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with support leaders to create and execute strategies that align with Autodesk CTS and GCO’s objectives and ensure that the Support team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to meet expected goalsSolve complex problems of diverse scope by taking a new perspective on existing solutions and applying knowledge of best practices in practical situationsApply creativity in recommending variations in approach, “connecting the dots” of assignments to the bigger picture, showing strong critical thinking skillsCreate and maintain documentations for project management within the support department and ensure consistency and adherence to established guidelinesEnsure that projects are delivered on time by coordinating efforts across different teams and monitoring project progress. Provide updates and reports to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomesEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders (Product Management, Sales, Enablement, Engineering, etc.) providing day-to-day contact on projects status and changesMinimum QualificationsCapable of managing and delivering complex global projects on time and reporting clear ROIIn-depth understanding of Autodesk technology platforms including CRM, RPA automation, and analytics toolsExceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex, technical concepts in an understandable mannerStrong change management skills to drive adoption of new project management standards and support technologies within an organizationAdvanced analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisionsStrong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersThree or more years of project management experienceExperience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usabilityStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesProven success working with all levels of managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsProfessional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2Experience in developing platforms for internal processesExperience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets#LI-SK1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
