Job Requisition ID #25WD88481Position OverviewThe role will be home based or hybrid depending on candidate location and report to the EMEA Commissions Manager working for the Global Commissions Office.Our mission is to provide timely and accurate payment of Sales Compensation to our global sales team.You will be focused on ensuring accuracy in your work while delivering on your deadlines. You will be comfortable working with multiple challenging deliverables. You will have experience working with Sales teams & Finance providing excellent analytics, knowing that it is important to meet your deadlines with a passion to seek solutions proactively.ResponsibilitiesSales commissionUnderstand and implement The Autodesk Sales Compensation PlanYou will oversee the accurate calculation and submission of variable Commissions earnings ensuring they are aligned with the Sales Compensation PlanYou will give input into and support the roll out of changes to the commissions systemYou will manage the monthly analysis of Sales attainment and will investigate and explain variances for high/low result fluctuations ensuring that any outliers are addressedYou will provide high-quality support to the sales teams, meeting their informational and reporting needs to ensure a quick solution is reached while communicating complex logicYou will manage the creation of crediting rules and sales rep target sheets for their specific sales teamYou will be responsible for Manual Adjustments and understand SOx requirements for AuditProcess ImprovementYou will maintain and look for opportunities to improve commission tools with reference data, employee information, variant information, and compensation plan information needed to produce accurate commission payments and reportsLead process improvement/automation initiatives and supports global team projectsMinimum QualificationsYou will provide guidance to other team members, escalating items when needed to managementFlexibility in your working hours may be required, as infrequent meetings are required with other team members in different Geos and you will support a Sales Team which may be based outside of your regionYou will demonstrate a customer first approach and be willing to collaborate with sales reps and management (at all levels) to understand and resolve commissions issues, sometimes leading to difficult conversationsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience5 or more years of progressive finance experience; mid-to-large public company, preferable with experience in Sales Commissions or FinanceAdvanced Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions)Power BiCommissions Platform Experience#LI-SH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
