Job Requisition ID #25WD88217Position OverviewAutodesk Korea is seeking a highly driven and strategic Mid-Market Sales Director to lead our Mid-Market business segment. This role is pivotal to Autodesk’s transformation into a Design and Make Platform company, helping our customers across industries succeed through digital transformation. This position plays a key role in aligning all functions around customer success and sustainable growth.The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a strong track record in managing high-performing B2B software or SaaS sales teams — ideally within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) or Manufacturing sectors. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, delivering customer value, and accelerating the adoption of Autodesk’s industry-leading solutions not only in the mid-market segment but also in broader go-to-market initiatives across Korea.ResponsibilitiesLead the activities of sales team, including hiring, coaching, developing talent, team culture and performance managementResponsible for leading team to focus on exceeding assigned quotasDeliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline managementGenerate incremental new business as well as maintains and maximizes existing revenue streamManage execution of strategic sales and marketing programs, including product launches, trade shows, channel development events, and customer forums. Will require collaboration with others not reporting to this jobEstablish and sustain effective long term customer relationshipsAssist reseller in developing sales and marketing plans related to Autodesk’s industry solutionsDirect Sales Execs to effectively work with partners to generate business and ensure the consistent implementation of company initiativesProvide insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunitiesCollaborate with other internal organizations and coordinate internal resources as neededEnsure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunitiesAlign team with corporate goals and use SMART goals to deliver resultsEncourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organizationsMinimum Requirements10+ years of strategic sales experience, consistently achieving or exceeding sales goalsMinimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the software industryStrong understanding of the Korean market and technology trendsProven success in collaborating with Marketing, Product, Business Strategy, and other key internal stakeholders to achieve sales objectivesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building across various organizational levels and facilitating cross-functional solutionsStrong influencing skills and a track record of delivering results in a global and matrixed organizationProven team leadership abilities, including a proactive approach to conflict resolution, creative problem-solving, mentoring, coaching, recognition, and performance managementAdaptability to evolving priorities and business initiatives#LI-BV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
