If this sounds like you, read on!In this role, you will be the single point of contact for Autodesk Marketing in GCR, working closely with our Value added distributors and agencies on their strategic plans aligned to the Autodesk strategy. You will be an excellent collaborator, working closely with all internal stakeholders within the Autodesk sales and marketing teams, to ensure alignment on regional priorities. You will provide strategic advisory services to our VADs, be the regional marketing expert and support our channel ecosystems growth and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities Build strategic relationships with Autodesk VADs in region and manage the marketing planning in line with Autodesk strategy. You will collaborate with them to support regional business goals and maximize the impact of marketing executionBuild strong relationships with internal Autodesk sales stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and strategyReview performance of marketing activities to ensure impact and report back to internal Autodesk stakeholdersAttend planning sessions, forecast calls, review meetings with Sales LT weekly/quarterly/yearly, reporting on performance of the activities which are executed through VAD and agenciesManage Opex & MDP allocation in Hong Kong, TaiwanMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s diploma or degree in related field such as business or marketing7+ years of marketing experience Job Level DescriptionRequire knowledge and experience of Partner marketing, Digital marketing, Account based marketing, as well as event and agency experienceSolve complex problems of diverse scope by taking a new perspective on existing solutions and applying knowledge of best practices in practical situationsUse data analysis, judgment, and interpretation to select the right course of actionApply creativity in recommending variations in approachAccountability and ownership for leading and improving on-going processesBuild effective relationships with senior leadership and peersWork independently, with close guidance given at critical pointsExperience preparing quarterly and yearly marketing planMeasurable success in driving partner business and engagementSelf-motivated; able to work autonomously and collaborate with remote teams and is adaptable to changing prioritiesProven ability to effectively develop and implement channel programs/procedures as neededExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to succinctly communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audienceAbility to coordinate efforts cross-functionally to achieve positive end resultsExcellent program/project management skillsExperience managing marketing budgets ideally within a channel marketing settingStakeholder management experience with the ability to build trust quickly\Some management experience, including recruiting a teamBachelor’s degree in related field such as business or marketingTravel may be required#LI-KC1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
