Job Requisition ID #25WD88614Position OverviewThe Autodesk Customer Success group advises professionals in the building, infrastructure, manufacturing, and media & entertainment industries. Our staff combine industry domain expertise with comprehensive technical knowledge of theAutodesk portfolio to support our enterprise customers in defining and executing astrategic roadmap. Each roadmap, or success plan, supports the customer’s business goals, builds organizational alignment and establishes measurable criteria for success, as well as helps the customer innovate more quickly to gain a competitive advantage. ResponsibilitiesLead and own all post-sales activities in order to create recognizable business value for Autodesk’s top customersCollaborate and execute on the Customer Success Plan (CSP) to ensure broad adoption of Autodesk solutionsBuild deep, positive relationships with customer leads as well as their teams,and work with the Autodesk account team to maintain high levels of customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities for growth and accelerate adoption of new solutions by helping prioritize projects and support activities that deliver the best return on your customers' investment within the shortest timeframeAdvocate for customer's needs and provide feedback to internal teams on how we can better serve our customersCollaborate from proposal through delivery to translate customer business and technical challenges into solutions based on Autodesk products & servicesDevelop and maintain close relationships with key management sponsors within a select group of named accounts (from key users to CXO), becoming a trusted advisor to the customerAble to travel up to 40%Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and education5+ years in sales, service delivery, or customer success management experienceSense of accountability with a bias for action and desire to collaborate across teamsEnthusiastic and dedicated approach to understanding customers’ needs and ensuring they realize the full value of our products and servicesAbility to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and needsThrive on building deep, meaningful relationshipsExcellent communication and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience deploying technology or services with large enterprise or global customers and the desire for continuous learning and growthEnthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourageothers, in both relationships with customers and peersDeep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business modelsStrong financial acumen including an analytical and process-focused mindsetUnderstanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer managementTechnical educational background or equivalent experience#LI-POSTLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $83,900 and $144,760. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
