Job Requisition ID #25WD88539Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking an experienced and dynamic person to fill the role as Global Mobility Operational Specialist for a 6-month contract subject to extension for the right individual.In this role, you will have a dual focus on international transfers and finance related matters. You will coordinate backend international transfer processes for internal employees and facilitate all global mobility finance related matters: invoices, reporting, and any forecasting of relocation, tax and immigration expenses.The role requires someone with 5+ years experience, with knowledge of mobility programs supporting a mobile workforce. The role requires an individual that enjoys working in a unique, fast paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Global Mobility team with international transfers & assignment processesFacilitate and support the end-to-end transfer and hire process for internal employees between international locationsPartner closely with and navigate complexities of multiple internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to: the Global Mobility team, hiring managers, TA Managers, HR Managers, Legal, People Services, and other key stakeholders to ensure a timely, coordinated, transfer process, across multiple time zonesEffectively utilize applicant tracking system and other shared tools and technology to document and coordinate the transferReview international and assignment reports relating to relocation, immigration and tax expenses in accordance to the guidelines and policiesPrepare cost estimates for employee driven transfersCode all expenses to appropriate cost centers across GEOs; manage Pcard expense reportsPrepare bi-quarterly Finance Forecast Reports for all Relocation, Immigration, Tax expensesCoordinate the monthly global relocation compensation reporting process partnering with payroll to ensure timely and accurate reportingManage and assist employee queries related to international relocations and/or assignments expensesMinimum Qualifications5 years’ experience in related fieldPrevious experience in a technology company or fast-paced, global environment a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsHigh levels of organizational and analytical skillsStrong collaboration skills and enjoyment with working in a team environment - views success not only by individual contributions, but by the success of the overall teamProactive, detail, and process oriented with the ability to work as a team player with multiple departments within the organization as well as external vendorsDemonstrated ability to meet tight deadlinesAdvanced Excel skillsMS Office experience (Visio, Teams)The Ideal CandidateHas prior in-house Global Mobility experienceLoves metrics, data, and showing valueHas a global mindsetHas prior recruiting or offer generation experienceIs a strong communicatorHas a fun and collaborative spirit#LI-EF1#LI-POSTAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
