Job Requisition ID #25WD88272Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Principal Information Systems Engineer to lead enterprise-level administration and governance of Microsoft 365 services, with a specialized focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams Voice. This role also includes ownership of licensing governance, service configurations, and collaboration platform health.ResponsibilitiesLead administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDriveOwn the configuration and operational management of Microsoft Teams Voice, including Direct Routing, dial plans, call queues, auto attendants, number assignments, and voice routing policiesDrive governance standards including usage policies, lifecycle management, and configuration baselinesDevelop license governance models, usage analytics, and performance monitoring dashboardCollaborate with identity, security, and infrastructure teams to maintain operational continuity and complianceMaintain thorough documentation, SOPs, and platform configurationsMinimum Qualifications8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration within large-scale enterprise environmentsDeep expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice/Telephony, including SIP trunking and Direct RoutingProven experience in license governance and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft 365 toolsStrong communication and leadership skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive administrationMicrosoft certifications such as MS-700, MS-100, or MS-101 are highly preferred#LI-MR2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
