Job Requisition ID #25WD88321Position OverviewWe are looking for a Information Systems Engineer focused on operations to support the daily health and reliability of Microsoft 365 services. The role is hands-on and service-oriented, with an emphasis on monitoring, incident response, and support for Microsoft Teams Voice and related M365 workloads. ResponsibilitiesMonitor operational health of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams Voice servicesPerform checks on voice routing, call queues, number assignments, and call quality dashboardsHandle incident tickets and support requests related to telephony and collaboration platformsTrack service advisories and support escalations in collaboration with Level 3 and engineering teamsMaintain accurate documentation of issues, procedures, and known errorsContribute to process improvement and platform health reporting Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in an operations or service delivery capacityWorking knowledge of Teams Voice (auto attendants, call queues, basic routing)Familiarity with Microsoft 365 service health dashboards and admin portalsBasic understanding of Exchange and SharePoint from a support standpointStrong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow escalation protocolsClear written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on operational clarity #LI-MR2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
