With a focus on user experience best practices, they leverage their creative problem-solving skills to push boundaries and deliver exceptional experiences that our customers will love.We are seeking a talented Experience Designer who is not only passionate about experience design but also adept at data-driven design solutions, user research, and complex workflows. This individual will be instrumental in driving customer engagement within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry, particularly in Building Information Modeling (BIM). The role demands an empathetic mindset, strategic thinking, and critical analysis to work independently and collaboratively across different geolocations, contributing to Autodesk's global initiatives.Working closely with a global team of Designers, Product Leads, Development teams, and key users, the Experience Designer will focus on enhancing existing user experiences to drive feature adoption and shape the future of Infrastructure. This position requires proven expertise in data-driven design, thoughtful research, and strategic planning to deliver superior user experiences in a large, multifaceted organization.The position is based in Krakow, Poland.ResponsibilitiesPartner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define exceptional user experiences from concept to implementation.· Develop and prototype solutions at various levels of fidelity, including wireframes, conceptual designs, presentations, and detailed specifications.· Work closely with remote teams, iteratively delivering customer value.· Lead team sessions to generate ideas and evaluate possibilities.· Design and implement methods to gather customer insights, understanding user behavior to inform business and design decisions.· Facilitate and participate in user research, such as interviews and usability testing, to validate user workflows, concepts, designs, and make iterative improvements.· Contribute to creating scalable experience design standards and improving design processes. · Use customer insights that come from analytics and customer interactions to help inform business and design decisions.· Maintain familiarity with Autodesk products to ensure compatibility with features shared across our product family.Minimum Qualifications3-5 years as an Experience DesignerExperience doing UX/XD, HCI, or interaction designWork with development teams and product managers to deliver usable and desired value to customersDemonstrated examples in leading teams in problem definition and analysis, understanding customer workflows, and creating prototypes and designs that solve customer problemsGood communication and presentation skills - written, verbal and visualManage tasks, and set priorities with direction and feedback from partners and teammatesExperience with design support tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, Sketch, Invision, Figma, Balsamiq or similarExperience running customer interviews or usability testingPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience designing for complex creative applications, 3D tools, animation or visualization toolsKnowledge of creating cloud-based service experiences, including resiliency best practicesKnowledge of Autodesk software or equivalent softwareDemonstrated ability in using customer research and feedback as the basis for design decisionsKnowledge or background in Infrastructure workflowsAbout AutodeskWith Autodesk software, you have the power to Make Anything.
