The selected candidate will not be an employee of Nokia but will provide services as a contractor through the vendor. Employment terms, including compensation and benefits, will be managed by the third-party employer.Hourly rate for this role: $21-$30.00 per hours shift 5 (6pm - 6am, M-W Alternate Th, 10% Shift Differential) Key Responsibilities Would Include:Setup and run multiple automated assembly/DFAB equipmentMeet assembly/ DFAB priority and on-time schedule and goals within PIC departmentAble to work cohesively and closely with other team membersBe able to follow specifications and procedures documentationsEmployees are required to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Repetitive motion and Multi-tasking is essential part of the jobIn order to get from one workstation to another, employees are required to stand and walk for extended periods of time (about 10 hours) in the assembly area.Steady hand movement and hand-eye coordination is a must as employees are required to handle and load/unload small and delicate microelectronic parts on the assembly/DFAB toolsAble to perform 3rd optical inspection and assembly work on small components using Low Power Stereo Microscope and 2nd optical inspection using High Power Microscope over a reasonable periodPerform computer data entry (EQDAS Transactions)Experience in manual and automated die-attach is a plusExperience in manual and automated Au wire bonder is a plusProcessing of optoelectronic devices in the DFAB (Cleanroom environment)Inspects semiconductor wafers/PICs using microscope, to identify processing defects and reporting to engineering groupCleaving wafers to PICs using precision toolsPlaces wafers/PIC on stage of microscope, using tweezers or vacuum wand.Inspect surface of wafer and test patterns on wafers, using microscope, and compares wafers to specifications to verify that wafers/PIC meet company specificationsInforming management and engineers of any unexpected resultsAdhering to Fab safety and cleanliness guidelinesAccurately communicate tool and lot status to colleagues on the ensuing shiftEDUCATIONHigh School Diploma or Equivalent#LI-JP1Contractor“This position requires direct or indirect access to certain confidential information, hardware, software, technology, or technical information (referred to here as “Export-Controlled Information”) controlled under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All personnel in this position must be eligible to or be able to obtain authorization from the appropriate agency to access applicable Export-Controlled Information. The U.S. Department of Commerce currently requires a foreign person with a most recent citizenship or permanent residency of Sudan, Ukraine, or a country currently designated in Country Group D:1, E:1 or E:2 (Supplement No. 1 to Part 740, Title 15) to have an export control license to access our Export-Controlled Information, unless they meet certain exemptions provided under U.S. export control laws and regulations. The list of applicable countries in Country Group D:1, E:1 or E:2 may be updated by the U.S. government from time to time. The current processing time for an export control license is approximately 4 to 6 months. Your employment or engagement with Infinera shall be contingent on verifying your eligibility or requirement for obtaining a necessary license and/or authorization from the appropriate agency.
