You’ll play a key role in driving technical strategy, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth through smart, scalable systems. What You’ll Do:1. Salesforce Architecture & DesignDesign scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.Define development best practices and integration standards.Produce detailed technical documentation, including data models and workflows.2. Marketo Integration & AutomationLead the integration of Salesforce with Marketo, ensuring seamless data flow.Optimize marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and campaign execution.Leverage CRM data to drive personalized, impactful marketing experiences.3. Solution DeliveryCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Manage development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce-Marketo integrations.4. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align systems with business goals.Coordinate with third-party vendors for advanced customization or support.5. Technical LeadershipAct as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and Marketo.Mentor teams and promote best practices.Explore new tools and technologies to enhance system performance and data integrity.
