SailPoint is seeking a GTM Strategy Manager to focus on developing our business development strategy and building strategic partnerships including joint product offerings and GTM activities. This is a high visibility role inbuilding a new team from scratch working closely with our President, CTO, CGO, and COO.Experience Required5-10 years in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategyHigh growth SaaS companies, ideally in cybersecuritySkills RequiredMarket Research: Analyze industry trends and product synergies to identify, categorize, and prioritize partnership opportunities.Systematic Outreach: Develop tailored pitch decks, support executive discussions, and drive partnership pipeline.Build vs. Buy vs. Partner: Influence how M&A, product, and partnership strategies are aligned.Due Diligence: Develop detailed business cases including revenue forecasts, joint use cases, value propositions, etc.Deal Structuring: Develop mutually beneficial partnership agreements, considering financial, operational, and strategic implications.Negotiations: Support negotiations with potential partners, securing favorable terms and conditions.Legal Documents: Collaborate with legal counsel to draft and review partnership agreements.Tiger Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional resources across GTM, product, and G&A functions on a weekly basis and establish new processes to drive partnership value.Executive Management: Provide quarterly updates to the Senior ExecutiveTeam on performance, bottlenecks, and investment requirements.Sales Policy & Collateral: Create sales pitch decks, processes, and incentives.Business Insights: Monitor pipeline / KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven initiatives.OtherIdeally in Austin, TX, but could be flexible for the perfect candidateMinimal travel will be required for conferences and team building activitiesThis is an individual contributor roleBenefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD): $121,350 - $173,325 - $225,300Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.Benefits Overview1.
