SailPoint is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team of Digital Sales Representatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and motivating a talented sales team while driving key metrics in acquisition, conversion, and pipeline growth. Your leadership will shape outbound prospecting strategies, enhance pre-sales efforts, and serve as the critical bridge between Marketing and Sales. If you're passionate about driving success in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.ResponsibilitiesRecruit, manage, train and mentor a team of up to 10 Digital Sales RepresentativesProvide clear metrics and set productivity, acquisition, conversion, lead follow-up and achieve quota on number of opportunities accepted by the field sales team and opportunity pipeline valueEstablish structure, expectations, and accountabilityMotivate team to meet and exceed learning and performance goals and objectives as outlined by managementAttract and recruit talent that is smart, humble, and hungryWork to create processes and campaigns around driving new qualified leads and demos for Sales teamCollect, analyze, report data around team, team members, and operational execution and resultsGenerate new, fresh ideas and challenge your team and leadership to expand thinking and innovation as it relates to pre-sales and demand gen.Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts and campaignsKeep up with, evaluate, and recommend sales automation tools and software to help achieve maximum efficiencyProvide training on sales strategy, business acumen, product knowledge, competition, objection handling and market dynamicsPromote SailPoint’s core values of Innovation, impact, integrity, and individualsAccurately assess the capabilities, motivators, and aspirations of each team member and work with them to develop their desired career path.Create, train on, and execute outbound prospecting strategies Pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, and time and territory managementBe the bridge between Marketing and Sales.QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeMinimum five years of experience as SDR/BDR or ISR2+ years of SDR management experienceProven track record of successExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsStrong ability and desire to coach, develop, and train team members on selling fundamentals, teamwork, and resultsExperienced with complex technology sales and selling business value  An understanding of technological innovationsLocated in Austin, TXBenefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD): $86,940 - $124,180 - $161,420Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.Benefits Overview1.
