About the role: Recruit, manage, train and coach a team of approximately 6-8 digital sales representativesResponsible for DSR motion for prospecting, progressing and closing dealWorking closely with Sales leader on alignment and planningAchieve assigned sales targets and provide DSR forecast and update to managementOperational excellence to provide clear metrics/KPI and set productivity, acquisition, conversion, lead follow-up and achieve quota on number of opportunities accepted by the field sales team and opportunity pipeline valueEstablish structure, expectations, and accountabilityMotivate team to meet and exceed learning and performance goals and objectives as outlined by management.
